.Puppy reservation Form and Guarantee.

We guarantee that all puppies will be socialized, wormed ,  and will have first set of shots. 

All pups are guaranteed against genetic defects in hips for 26 months.

Our intent is to place our pups in family situations where they will be hunted in the field for upland birds / waterfowl and or family pets. We do not want to place a pup in a situation where he/she will not get the benefit of a full productive life. If you are unhappy, or not satisfied for any reason, we would like to have the puppy back and we will replace it when another puppy becomes available.

We only take deposits from those who are committed to owning a Upland Dogs Puppy ........

1.To be put in line for the pick order for a litter yet to be whelped we require a $100.00 refundable deposit.

The pick order is determined by when we receive the deposits. We will accept 6 of  these deposits per litter.

This deposit is refundable only if we don't have Breed, Gender or Color of pup you requested below

2.Once the litter is whelped we will require a non-refundable deposit of $250.00

(We have had to go to a no-refundable deposit do to people placing deposits

and then continuing to search for pup’s since they knew they could receive a refund.)

3. When the pups are 5 weeks old  & after they have had there 1st shot ,

Selection of your pups will begin. & must be completed by the time the pups are 7 weeks old

( we do this as some people like to pick up there pups when they are 7 weeks old instead  of 8 weeks.)

4.The balance will be due on transfer of pup at 8 weeks old

5. If you want your pup to have 1 week crate conditioning before you take it home,

I will do this for a fee of $100.00

( this will be done during the last week they are here, you will still pick them up at 7 or 8 weeks old)

6. An additional boarding fee of $10.00 per day will be charged if...

I keep the pup for more than a week after deposit is made on a pup more than 8 weeks old.
